    Stands
It is very strong position in a back direction, it is most often used at blocking attacks of the opponent, it is a protection-position, but sometimes it is used as attack. Performance: the leg is exposed forward, it is slightly bent, freely stands on the ground and relaxed. It carries about 30 % of the body weight. It is possible to strike the opponent with this leg. The leg which is set aside back is bent. The knee is directed outside and should be vertical above a big toe. This leg carries 70 % of the body weight. The back hip should be vertically above a heel of a leg. Shoulders are in a side-drawn, the body is in a straight line.
      Possible mistakes:
      1. Toes of the leg which set aside back are directed back, in case of moving forward, movement will be delayed.
      2. The weight of a body is badly distributed: the exposed leg is heavy and cannot strike the opponent or block his attack.
      3. The foot of the leg which is set aside back is uncomfortably located. Balance is unstable and position loses the strength.
In the street it is advisably to use the following racks: It is a question of that case when someone starts talking to you and you feel that you can be attacked. (It is not necessary to become at once in a fighting stand if someone will simply ask to light a cigarette. And in case of potential aggression to you this aggression may be limited only by words. Following 2 stands are presented to your attention for use in such situations). Legs should be on width of shoulders in the given stand, a foot in parallel, toes hardly aside. From this stand it is possible to carry out transition in any other stand, and also to carry out any technique independently, freely controlling actions of the opponent. Weight of a body is evenly distributed on all foot area of both legs. Hands are freely lowered along a body. Hands can be in fists. Variants, when the right or left leg hardly ahead is possible. Then in case of attack fast transition in the protective rack described above is possible.
Legs are on width of shoulders, feet are spread at an angle of 45 degrees. It is a position of waiting, as well as previous. It allows turning quickly in protection or in attack.
      Mistakes:
      1. The big muscular pressure; it is difficult to notice a plan of the opponent, speed will appear restrained, concentration will be bad, it is not necessary to clench the fists.
      2. Too big muscular relaxation; big physical and moral relaxedness is dangerous because the opponent can attack during this moment.
      3. Unstable position: to balance from one leg to another, to turn a head, to observe of the opponent (true or imaginary) looking in eyes. Absence of attention will cause response of the opponent. Requirements to a stand: Here the classical fighting stand is described.
With "Classical" I mean a standard and most effective stand. The right hand can protect a head, a neck, a breast and a belly. The right forearm protects a middle part of a trunk. The right elbow covers the right side of a body. The centre of gravity of a body is displaced to the right leg that allows easily tearing off heel of the left foot from the ground. It gives good mobility to leg. The right leg, is similar to the compressed spring, it is always ready to give movement to a body. Head is free and mobile, that let it to sidestep the hits, the left shoulder is hardly raised, the chin is slightly lowered to cover the bottom jaw and the left side of the face. It is possible to protect the head with the left hand, as well as neck and belly. Left elbow covers the central part and the left side of a trunk. Left knee is slightly shifted upwards, that allows closing a groin in some measures. The left leg is attacking; it is convenient to attack and protected by it. The stand allows moving quickly the centre of gravity of a body with short steps, to change a position, to keep balance.
